Ease of use: The patches can be used overnight or for as long as desired. Use for 2 hours a day during night time for maximum results, or up to 20 minutes for casual wear. They can be used 25-30 times and on various parts of the body. The results can last for a month with long term benefits if the patches are used regularly. 

Step 1: Make sure your skin is free of any moisturizer, sunscreen or sweat, cleanse the skin thoroughly, and exfoliate dead cells.

Step 2: Take the patches out of the bag and peel off the plastic protector, do not discard the protector as it will be used to store the patches later.

Step 3: Apply the adhesive side of the patches to the skin, press firmly and evenly to achieve good adhesion.

Step 4: In the morning, remove the patches from the skin slowly in an upward motion.

Step 5: Wash the patch with water, avoiding cleansers, moisturizing oils and emollients.

Step 6: Air dry and keep sticky side up, do not use the towel to clean, dry and put back into the plastic protector.

Step 7: Place the patches in the packaging bag and away from dust.

Step 8: Reusable up to 25-30 times, for best results, use overnight, do not use on wounds or with known or suspected silicone sensitivity
